Uptra sells access to client information that freelancers and other users can purchase using a credit-based system. Users can buy credits in advance through one of the available credit packages and then redeem those credits to access lead details from within the Uptra platform.

 

2.2 Target Audience

While the service is primarily designed for freelancers, agencies, companies, and other businesses may also use the platform to purchase leads.

 

2.3 Pricing Model

Leads are priced using a credit system. Users can purchase credit packages and use those credits to unlock specific client information on the platform. Credits may vary based on the type or value of the lead.

 

2.4 Lead Access and Delivery

After creating an account on the Uptra website, users can browse available leads and use their credits to unlock detailed client information directly through their dashboard. All lead access and transactions are handled through the Uptra web platform; no physical or email delivery is involved unless otherwise specified.

 

3. User Registration on and Accounts

 

3.1 Account Creation

Users may browse available leads on the Uptra platform without registering. However, in order to purchase credit packages and view detailed client contact information, users must create an account. Registration requires providing the following information:

* Full Name
* Email Address
* Phone Number
* Password

All users are required to verify their phone number via a one-time password (OTP) sent to their mobile device.

 

3.2 Account Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. Users must ensure that their account is used solely by them and not shared with any other individuals or entities. By purchasing a lead, users gain access to the verified contact information of a potential client. Once a lead is purchased, Uptra’s role ends. It is the sole responsibility of the freelancer or user to follow up with the client, and Uptra is not involved in the outcome of that interaction.

 

3.3 Prohibited Activities

Uptra reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that engages in the following activities:

* Sharing or selling account access
* Misusing client information or leads
* Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
* Abusive or harassing behavior toward clients or other users
* Attempting to bypass or manipulate the credit system

Users who violate these terms may lose access to their accounts without notice and without entitlement to a refund.

 

4. Payment and Refund Policy

 

4.1 Payment Methods

Uptra uses Razorpay as its payment gateway, which supports a wide range of payment options, including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking. All transactions made on the platform are processed securely through Razorpay.

 

4.2 Credit Purchases

Users may purchase credit packages to unlock client leads. The credits can then be used on the platform at the user’s discretion. Once credits are purchased, they are added to the user’s account balance and may be used at any time — credits do not expire.

 

4.4 Pricing and Package Changes

Uptra reserves the right to change credit pricing, introduce new packages, or offer discounts at its sole discretion. Such changes will be communicated to users via the platform or by email (where applicable). Any pricing changes will not affect credits already purchased before the update.

 

5. User Rights and Responsibilities

 

5.1 Use of Purchased Leads

Leads purchased through Uptra are for the exclusive use of the buying user. Users may use the contact information solely to pitch their services and engage with potential clients. Any resale, sharing, distribution, or reuse of the purchased leads is strictly prohibited. Uptra is not responsible for any breach of privacy or misuse of lead information by the user.

 

5.2 Code of Conduct

Users agree to conduct all communications with leads in a professional and respectful manner. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

* Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages
* Harassment or abusive language
* Misrepresentation or fraudulent behavior

Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of the user’s account.

 

5.3 Post-Purchase Liability

Once a lead is purchased and contact information is delivered, Uptra has no involvement or responsibility for any further communication, agreements, or transactions between the user and the client. All interactions are solely between the user and the client.

 

5.4 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Uptra platform, including website design, logo, graphics, text, code, and software, is owned by Uptra or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the platform solely for their personal business purposes.

 

5.5 License to Use Platform

By registering and using Uptra, users agree to use the platform in compliance with these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of platform content or services is strictly prohibited.

 

6. Liability and Disclaimers

 

6.1 No Guarantee of Success

While Uptra verifies client leads for authenticity before posting, we do not guarantee that leads will result in business, projects, or any form of conversion. Users acknowledge that results may vary and depend entirely on their efforts and client decisions.

 

6.2 Limitation of Liability

Uptra and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the leads or platform, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data. Users accept all risks associated with the use of the service.

 

6.4 Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Uptra, its partners, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to their use of the platform or misuse of purchased leads.

 

7. Client Terms & Responsibilities

Clients submitting project requirements to Uptra agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information
• Authorize Uptra to verify and share their contact details with registered freelancers or agencies for the purpose of fulfilling their request
• Acknowledge that Uptra is not responsible for the outcome of communications, proposals, or contracts with freelancers once their contact information has been shared
• Release Uptra from any liability arising from freelancers’ conduct after contact is made
• Request removal of their contact information by emailing admin@uptra.co.in (unless already sold as a lead, in which case we will stop further distribution)
